Kristen has a decade of experience litigating cases on behalf of individuals, and large and small corporations. At Coughlin Betke, Kristen’s practice concentration includes premises liability, motor vehicle liability, construction, products liability, and other general liability matters.

Before joining Coughlin Betke, Kristen worked in a civil defense litigation firm representing individuals and corporate entities in premises liability, wrongful death, pharmaceutical error, motor vehicle liability, employment litigation and professional malpractice claims. Kristen also has experience representing multinational corporations and financial institutions in recovery of accounts receivable, and has successfully argued before the Appellate Division of the Trial Court of Massachusetts, maintaining a judgment entered in favor of her client.
